Welcome to November!

2 weeks into November have slipped up on me so fast I have not had the chance to send out a staff newsletter. It's hard to believe on Tuesday of last week we had such nice weather that we were able to go out fishing as a family to Madison County Lake and this weekend we had snow flurries in places!!
I just wanted to share a beautiful Fall picture I captured of Spencer fishing on the dock after I had loaded up our old fishing boat.

I hope everyone has a great week and a great rest of the month! Christmas will be here before we know it.
Continue to do the following:
Love on kids - Show kids how much you care for them by showing them they are the most important thing to you. Remember - when they go home each day....how do they describe their day to their family??
Communicate with parents - call parents, email parents & send home information. Be the communicator. If there is something that should be bragged on - brag! If there is something that needs to be addressed - address it. Don't let things go w/o communicating.
Be a Leader! Continue to model leadership for your students & parents. Sometimes we forget to internalize the 7 Habits but the more we model and practice the habits the more natural they become in our life.
Have a great week!
